David will unveil his cherished spirit collection along with his adored copper pot stills, sharing some amusing anecdotes about his connection to local legend Charles Waterton, the unique combination of Dandelion and Burdock, chocolate-infused gin, the intriguing spiced rums created by Doctor Hudu, the delightful liqueurs crafted by Whiskers the ginger Badger, and the emergence of Yorkshire’s most innovative spirit blenders and gin distillery.
